This year, we celebrated Women’s Day in Park Rozwoju with a bang – we organized self-defense workshops. Participants of our workshops not only learned how to behave in case of danger, but also had the opportunity to practice selected self-defense techniques including, among others, basic kicks and punches. We are convinced that thanks to the proposed exercises, the reflexes and defensive reflexes of the participants of the classes have definitely improved, as well as self-confidence!
Our tenant, Ericsson, officially opened the exhibition “Hello, girls! Women at Ericsson at the Turn of the 20th Century” in the outdoor courtyard. The exhibition was created in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the renewal of diplomatic relations between Sweden and Poland. During the event, Mrs. Katarzyna Pąk, Head of Marketing & Communications at Ericsson, shared with the participants historical anecdotes about telephone operators working in the legendary skyscraper.
